Recently I have had the pleasure of getting to know Andrea of Andrea’s Cooktales. She was gracious enough to make a dish with one of our chickens and share the recipe. I recently cooked this at home and it was delicious and simple to make. The recipe simply calls for butter, pure maple syrup, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
