We know that for some people buying a half or whole hog may seem daunting so we have another way to buy. It is a quarter pig bundle box. This box is simple, no filling out a cut sheet with the butcher, and you know on the front end exactly how much it will cost. A quarter hog will be priced at $300 and amount to approximately a 10% discount off if you were to buy these cuts from us individually at the farmers market. With a quarter hog you will get approximately:
- 5 lbs Bacon
- 1 boneless loin and 2 packages of pork chops
- 1 rack of spare ribs
- 1 Boston butt shoulder roast
- 10 lbs ground sausage (breakfast and Italian)
- 5 lbs linked sausage (brats, Andouille, Italian links)
We currently have a limited number of these bundles available, you can schedule pickup at the Cooper Young farmers market or on farm.
